Terms and Conditions for Guest Registration at Dayboro Cottages and Llama Walks
Three party policy. The number of guests legally allowed to occupy the cottages overnight must not exceed three people. Any persons exceeding this number will be considered as trespassers.
The credit card holder will be charged in the event of any of the following incidences:
Any item is removed from the premises, by the guest or anyone invited to the property by the guest.
There is any damage caused to property, by the guest or anyone invited to the property by the guest. This includes all items and structures inside the dwellings as well as all external and communal areas of the property
The guest or anyone invited to the property by the guest breaches the above
You agree that checkout time is prior to 10 am on the date shown for your departure unless we have previously agreed to another time. You agree departure after that time may incur additional room charges. You agree that we may apply a charge of $25 if you request an early check-in (prior to 2 pm). You agree to pay us for any loss or damage to the room or equipment in the room during period of use. You agree to pay us for any rooms left in an excessively unclean state. We reserve the right to judge acceptable levels of cleanliness. You agree to return the key for the dwelling at the time of your departure and agree to pay a charge for the replacement of keys you lose or fail to return. You agree any monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you, brought in to the rooms, grounds or car-park remain your responsibility and we are not liable for their safekeeping. You agree that you will not make any claim against us for any damage or loss to your goods or valuables, regardless of how or where the loss or damage occurred. You agree that regardless of your length of stay there is no tenancy or other rights created under any Landlord or Tenant laws and there are no such laws that apply to your stay. We grant you a licence to stay in our rooms and you agree that we may terminate the licence at any time without giving you a reason.
We are an eco-friendly, smoke free environment and guests who stay with us come to enjoy the fresh country air. However if you must smoke please try to keep this to a minimum and use our designated area in the undercover pizza hut in the driveway leading to the cottages. Guests who do not comply with our NO SMOKING policy, will incur a charge on their bill to cover the cost of cleaning to remove the odour of tobacco anywhere it has permeated.
Pets are not accepted, with the exception of guide dogs.
We reserve the right to judge acceptable levels of noise or behaviour of guests, who must take all steps for corrective action as requested by us. In the event of failure to comply with management requests, we may terminate the booking or stop any event immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation.
