Prices are inclusive for 2 guests in the cottages only. Should you require a roll away bed for a 3rd person this will be an extra charge of $50 per night.

We have a self-check-in system whereby you will receive a code to use and will not need to visit reception.
Check in is strictly from 2 pm (but other arrangements can be made by contacting us).
Check out is prior to 10 am.

Cancellation Policy: Please note our cancellation policy is 30 days. If your booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund. For stays longer than 7 days we require 60 days. Any cancellation prior to 30 days will incur a fee which amounts to 15% of your booking total.
​COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: The above cancellation policy remains applicable, except in the event of a Government mandated lock-down preventing travel to the Cottages. 

*Please note that if you have booked with us to attend an event in the area that is postponed, rescheduled or cancelled due to covid-19 the above cancellation policy still applies. You may be offered a transfer of dates if we have availability. In the event of no-availability you will be offered a credit for your stay*
